The controller of personal data is Sunset Garden House Kft. We process only the data needed for website enquiries, bookings, guest communication, invoicing and legally required accommodation administration. Data may include name, email, phone, arrival/departure dates, number of guests, requests, invoicing data and mandatory VIZA/NTAK data. Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent where required. Data are kept only as long as necessary. Processors may include the hosting provider, invoicing provider, accountant, property operator and IT providers required for lawful operation. Data subjects may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object by writing to hello@sunsetgarden.hu. Complaints may also be submitted to the Hungarian data protection authority.
